INQUIRY3003 aluminum sheets/coils belong to a kind of AL-Mn alloy which is approximately 10% stronger than alloy 1100. 3003 aluminum sheets are non-heat treatable, so the mechanical property is improved by cold processing: it has high plasticity in annealed condition, good plasticity when semi-cold hardening, while low plasticity during cold hardening. It has good corrosion resistance, excellent weldability, but poor machinability. It is mainly used on low load parts working in liquid or gas and require high formability and weldability, such as oil tank, gasoline or lubricate pipe, liquid container, and other low load parts made by deep drawing. Wire rods are used to make rivets.
Xinyu can supply 3003 aluminum sheets/coils, and tread plates according to ISO standard 6361 and the ASTM standards like B209, B210, B211, B221, B483, B491, and B547. Commonly used tempers are H14, H16 and H18; other tempers are also customizable.

Application:
With the excellent rust proof property, 3003 aluminum sheets/coils are appropriate to be used in humid environments like refrigerators or air conditioners ducts, mechanical parts, or external packing.
3003 aluminum sheets/coils are also widely applied to ships/vessels, vehicles, automobile and inserter welding assemblies, fireproof pressure vessels, refrigeration equipment, television tower, drilling equipment, transport and communication facilities, missile elements, plate armors and so on.
Performance：
1) Good corrosion resistance and moderate strength.;
2) Excellent weldability, formability, and machinability.
Packing & Transportation Details:
1) Interleave paper between each sheet. (Optional for Cold Rolled Sheet).
2) Plate/coil is placed to the iron or wooden pallet, wrapped by water-proof craft paper and fixed by iron belt.
3) Port: Qingdao port or other main ports in China
4) Container: 20ft GP:5898mm (Length)x2352mm (Width)x2393mm (Height), loading 18~25 tons.
40ft GP:12032mm (Length)x2352mm (Width)x2393mm (Height), loading 20~28 tons.
