5A05 aluminum sheets belong to Al-Mg aluminum alloy, which have the same strength with 5A03. 5A05 aluminum sheets are non-heat treatable, which have high plasticity in annealed condition, medium plasticity during half-hardening, good weldability by using atomic hydrogen welding, spot welding, gas welding and argon arc welding; 5A05 aluminum sheets also have high corrosion resistance; the machinability is not so good in annealed condition while better during half-hardening; when manufacturing rivet, anodization is required.

Application:

It is mainly used on low load parts working in liquid or gas and require high formability and weldability, such as oil tank, gasoline or lubricate pipe, liquid container, and other low load parts made by deep drawing. Wire rods are used to make rivets.

1) Cold deformation strength and high plasticity;

2) Good corrosion resistance and weldability;

Packing & Transportation Details:

1) Interleave paper between each sheet. (Optional for Cold Rolled Sheet).

2) Plate/coil is placed to the iron or wooden pallet, wrapped by water-proof craft paper and fixed by iron belt.

3) Port: Qingdao port or other main ports in China

4) Container: 20ft GP:5898mm (Length)x2352mm (Width)x2393mm (Height), loading 18~25 tons.

40ft GP:12032mm (Length)x2352mm (Width)x2393mm (Height), loading 20~28 tons.
