Product Properties:

1) Ordinary aluminum treaded sheet is processed on the basis of 1060 aluminum sheet, which is cost-effective and can adapt to normal environment. It is usually applied to cold storage, floor, exterior packing and so on.

2) Al-Mn alloy aluminum tread sheet is processed by taking 3003 as the main material, which is also known as anti-rust aluminum sheet. It has higher strength than ordinary aluminum sheet, and fair corrosion resistance. The common application is in trucks, refrigeration floor or other fields.

3) Al-Mg alloy aluminum tread sheet is processed by taking 5052, 5083 or other 5000 series sheet as the main materials. It has excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and anti-rust property, which is commonly used in ships, compartment lights, or other humid environments.

There are different patterns for aluminum tread sheet: pattern plate has a bar, two bars, three bars and five bars.

Packing & Transportation Details: 

1) Interleave paper between each sheet. (Optional for Cold Rolled Sheet).

2) Plate/coil is placed to the iron or wooden pallet, wrapped by water-proof craft paper and fixed by iron belt.

3) Port: Qingdao port or other main ports in China

4) Container: 20ft GP:5898mm (Length)x2352mm (Width)x2393mm (Height), loading 18~25 tons.

40ft GP:12032mm (Length)x2352mm (Width)x2393mm (Height), loading 20~28 tons.
